Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of the returned item being received and inspected at our fulfilment centre. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or lost orders

If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, without requiring a physical return in most cases. See our Return Policy for the exact steps.

Partial refunds

If only part of an order is returned, we refund the price of the returned item(s). Since shipping is free on all orders, there is no shipping cost to refund.
