2. Using the site

By using https://ebookseay.shop you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or the transaction must be supervised by an adult who accepts these terms on your behalf.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to make sure product titles, authors, ISBNs, prices, availability, and descriptions are accurate. Occasionally errors occur; if we discover a material error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before charging and shipping, and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send the shipping confirmation email. Payment is processed by Stripe. If payment is declined, the order will not ship.

Our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

Ebookseay does not publish or author the books it sells and does not own copyrights to those titles. Copyright to the site design, our written product descriptions, and the Ebookseay name belongs to Ebookseay.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, dated above, applies to all orders placed after that date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
