Order tracking
Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once an order ships. Tracking status can also be checked on the Track Order page using the order number and the email address used at checkout.
Missing or incomplete orders
If an order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, or arrives incomplete, please contact support at support@ebookseay.shop. We will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund once the order is confirmed lost or incomplete.
